If you need to make a return or claim, please don't hesitate to contact us within 10 days of receiving your order by email. We promise to respond within 1 business day, giving you clear instructions and, if applicable, a Return Authorization Number. Plus, there's no additional charge for exchanges or credits.

To return an unused non-custom product, please send an email to sales@stampit.ink.
